New member from Layton, Utah

My name is Scott Browning and I'm from Layton, Utah.  At this point, my background in real estate is the two houses I've bought as my primary residence.  Not very impressive, I know, but everyone has to start somewhere. 

I'm a software engineer by trade.  I really like my job but it doesn't give me what I need, enough money to retire on.  At least not the way I want to retire.

I love skiing, snowboarding, and flying remote control airplanes.  My son is the real expert with RC airplanes.  I just want to be like him.

I would love to meet anyone who has advice for a newbie, is involved in real estate in the northern Utah area, or just wants to say hi.
