Hey guys it's great to be here. I am 25 and Live in a suburb of Des Moines IA. I am a happy Husband and Father. I am eager to Learn about all types of real estate investing especially rentals.
Owning rentals is something I have wanted to do for a very long time but have never known how or when to get started. I am in the education phase of investing in rentals so I figured this site would be a great thing to do. I have been listening to the podcasts for a few week and love them. Looking forward to meeting and learning from everybody.
Okay anyways sorry for rambling.
