Hello All, 

I just wanted to introduce myself as a new real estate investor, not just to this site, just in general! My name is Maria Dattilo, I'm a realtor in Exton, Pa. I was born and raised in Northeast Philly and have been living in Chester County since college days. My experience is actually in health care, but I recently joined the real estate world last year when I became a licensed realtor. I spent about a year working in real estate part-time and recently quit my full-time position in brain injury rehabilitation to pursue real estate investing! Since then, I've been a realtor by day and a student by night. I'm extremely excited about this new venture and have been focusing on educating myself about investing, joining real estate investor groups and attending meetings, networking and reading everything I can that will help me get started! I have many interests and would like to dabble in several methods of investing including wholesaling, rehabbing, holding rentals and potentially, holding mortgages. One of my real estate goals is to own 50 properties in the next 3 - 5 years and the biggest, is probably financial freedom by age 50! Thanks for having me as one of your members and I can not wait to get started!
