HI Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself and also pick the brain of you more seasoned investors. I've been looking into real estate investing for sometime but never pulled the trigger. finally, I'm ready to move forward and get out of the rat race and start doing something for myself.

I would like to know what are some of the hurdles that I should be looking out for and how you got over them?

I just want to be kind of prepared for what is to come!
