I am a stay-at-home mom looking to learn about investing in real estate. I am a high school math and science tutor part time, but I an engineer by education. I have some experience in owning rental properties, however I want to expand and grow my portfolio. My main goals are to generate income for a college fund, a retirement nest egg, to serve people in need for affordable housing, and to do what I love - create beautiful, simple homes for people.
