Newbie from Maryland......
Hello Everyone,
I've been fascinated with the real estate industry for over 35 years but always cautious and afraid of getting in over my head. Nearing retirement, I've returned to it with wholesaling as an easy niche for me to finance my retirement and hopefully leave a lasting legacy for my family. I'm currently investing in Prince Georges county in Maryland and in Washington, DC. where there are no shortage of opportunities. I will like to learn about ways to raise funding for deals as well as resources for finding private money.
