A while back I inherited an interest in some commercial property that includes a residential unit. I am just beginning to look at re-investing some of that income into the low end RE market. I would like to learn how to buy and then manage those property's mostly myself. I recently heard about Biggerpockets.com while watching AffordableREI videos on youtube, so here I am.
