Hello from beautiful Bellingham, WA! My name is Christine. My husband and I are new to the real estate world, but we are learning fast and excited to continue growing. We bought our first house last year. It's our primary residence, and we also rent out one of the rooms to a friend, so we're getting a tiny bit of landlord experience too. :)

We're primarily interested in single and small multifamily homes to hold as rental properties. We want to build our passive income and be able to quit our day jobs someday. We're very thankful for good jobs right now, but we hope to raise a family with more freedom and flexibility in our schedules.
