New member, long time fan...
Business owner, property investor and commercial realtor here out of South New Jersey and Philadelphia area. I have for many years now read the forums, learned immense amounts of information and figured it was not time to contribute back and hopefully network & work with some of the amazing people on this site on property and business ventures in the future.
