Brett- New Member in the Nashville Area
Hello everyone!
My name is Brett and I recently moved to Hendersonville. My girlfriend and I are looking around and testing the waters to see where the best place to start in the wide world of real estate investment. As with most new investors we are motivated, constantly seeking education, and severely under-funded. As of now I am looking to make my first purchase in the next couple of months, but before that I would like to get a lay of the land, and a firm grasp of what investors are looking and the hotspots to go to as well as the neighborhoods to stay away from. If anyone has any advice or information to pass along it would be greatly appreciated.
