Hello everyone, I'm Monte Phillips. I own The Atlantean Group LLC. Based right here in Miami, FL. We started as a web development firm and have transgressed into the REI space. At present we are developing mobile apps to aid in structuring the RE markets in developing countries of western Africa. We are now also getting our feet wet in wholesaling SFH here in Miami, FL. We intend to utilize the process of contract assignment to find and close premium wholesale deals. We have a long-term goal of converting dilapidated SFH's over to solar powered modernised livable spaces. We aim to partner with existing community based entities to staff our company with employment candidates from within disadvantaged areas and backgrounds and source our materials from companies within these zones as well.
