:clap: Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here, but an experienced investor. I buy and assign or keep, rent, resell properties in highly growing areas or areas that are undervalued. Specializing in REO's and default properties in Indianapolis and Atlanta.
I also have access to notes both performing and non-performing and bulk REO's.
