Hi all! I have a strong desire to be involved in real estate investing! I had attended the RICH club meeting this past Saturday and I'm chomping at the bit trying to read whatever I can to get started. Advice that was relayed to me on Saturday was, "get started with Wholesaling". As I'm reading through, I'm finding articles geared towards benefits to wholesaling. Can anyone kindly direct me to a step by step process for this newbie?
