My little real estate world is pretty simple, I've been investing on and off since I was 21 (now 55). Bought and sold a handful, including condos, singles, and a trailer park. I currently own two duplexes and three single family homes. Care for them myself and with the help of my partner. A great side business, it's given us the income to enjoy traveling, funding our retirement and a free cost of living. I would do it all over again.. Maybe add a few more deals!!
