My wife and I are real estate investors located in New Jersey. We are in search of fix and flip deals as well as longer term buy and holds inside and outside of New Jersey. We have formed Shore Investment Solutions, LLC to carry out our mission which is to provide solutions to buyers, sellers and other investors in the real estate community. Through our network of professional resources, we feel that we can fulfill the needs of individuals looking to maneuver their way through real estate markets around the country.

We have committed to excellence in real estate investing by having our education provided by the "Rich Dad" education teams founded by Robert Kiyosaki and have done mentoring and coaching with them as well.  We continue to attend seminars and real estate symposiums on a regular basis to increase our knowledge and expand our network. 

I am a CPA operating my own practice with tax expertise and financial accounting services offered to individuals and businesses throughout the country.  Since I handle a number of clients who also invest in real estate, I am well-versed in the area and would be happy to answer any questions you may have around the topic.
