Hello BP. My name is Astrid Cuas. R.E.I.T holder (through Vanguard) soon to be an active real-estate (buy and hold) investor. Scary, but very exciting. Not sure why it took me so long to find BP. All I can say is I am very happy to be here and I am ready to soak up all the wonderful information this community has to offer.
