Hello everybody, my name's Mike Frierson; friends call me Dorian.

I'm a 26 year old college graduate from LSU who recently quit his jobs writing insurance policies (for Allstate) and selling funerals (not for Allstate); I quit in order to pursue a full-time lifestyle of real estate investing.

My goal is to have experience with every aspect of the real estate process before I turn 30. Although realistically, I need money before I end up stuck in an insurance job again, so I predict rehabbing and wholesale will be my two most practical starting points. I am also very willing to do hands-on labor with any contractor who has a job and is willing to take me on as an apprintice.

Myself and some partners of mine are currently in the process of forming an LLC based out of Louisiana in order to build business credit for future projects.

Also, because I quit my job, and I've been working on building a team of like-minded individuals, I get to travel a lot. I'm currently in Novi, Michigan with my future roommate. We will be in Detroit Friday for a meeting. We will be back in Baton Rouge no later than August 23.

We also travel to New Orleans, Louisiana; Pensacola, Florida; Chicago, Illinois; Cincinnati and Colombus, Ohio. I have no issue with visiting a new city to work with someone if the numbers make sense.

I'm an open book, and looking forward to seeing what opportunities I can create for the people I work with. Here's to a bright future :)

Welcome to BP @Mike Frierson. I would suggest creating a set of goals (which you've identified already) and an actual plan on how you plan to achieve them. This method has helped me tremendously to stay on track. Good luck and see you around.
