Hey Look ! It's another Noobie! Awe... He'so......Old!
I actually signed up with BP a month or so ago but just now have taken the time to begin completing my profile. I'll get a photo up in the next few days. I've spent quite a bit of time reviewing the podcasts and reading the forums. I listened to my first webinar last week although I was a day late. I purchased J Scott's book this am. Based on his advise, I then purchased my online License course this evening. I want to thank Greg H from Austin who, in a Jan 2015 post, referenced a Groupon for the Texas License Course. Coincidently I was on the exact same Course's website just about to hit the purchase button when I decided to go to BP to see if there were any references for the course material and found his post. I used the Groupon and saved $420.00 which I will use to invest in a Pro PB membership and also get Brandon's book. Thank You Greg H !!! I also ran my first ad on Craig's List for distressed properties this afternoon and will be actively looking at other marketing outlets to generate leads.
I'm looking forward to networking and building a team to help me. I'm hoping to find an Investor Friendly Broker in my area over the next couple of weeks as I will be cramming to obtain my license asap.
ps I also tried to tag J, Greg & Brandon but was not successful. I will try again tomorrow.
