Hey all, I'm the new guy in Hernando County Fl.  Just about an hour North of Tampa.  I've been here since 2007 and figured it was time to start a new adventure.  I'm interested in real estate investing because I'm interested in scuba, photography, biblical studies, and movies.  I want investments that allow me time to enjoy all the gr8 things life has to offer, and I believe real estate is golden..
