Glad to see another Hawaii resident here on BP. It's funny that I just saw your post, because I will be sending an RSVP in to you shortly for next weekend. I was just able to meet Michael in person just this week, and I'm excited to work with him.

I haven't taken his mentorship course, but we went to look at a property in Kailua together that I came across. I'm new to REI, but I know persistence is key. I'm a go getter so there's not much that can deter me. I just need to push my comfort zone further every day. I'm primarily focusing on wholesaling right now, but am always thinking about other strategies for when wholesaling may not be the best option. Eventually, I do want to get into fix and flips. I look forward to meeting you next week.
