Hey, everyone!

I just moved back to my hometown in North Jersey after living in Japan and Costa Rica for five years, and I'm very eager to start my career in real estate. I've spent a few months trying to educate myself and eventually came across Bigger Pockets.

So here I am ready to take the next step. I'm currently studying for my NJ real estate license and I hoping to connect with some local investors. So far, I'm thinking about focusing on flipping as well as acquiring buy-and-hold properties. I'm just not sure about such strategies in my local market.

Anyway, I'm really excited to be here on BP. Feels like home already!
