Hi, I'm Karin.

After selling real estate in South East Florida for a few years until 2007, we then relocated to Minnesota. My husband and I decided to jump in to investing in August and we already purchased our 1st rental in Estero, FL. Our plan is to purchase additional properties both in MN and in other areas where we like to vacation.

BiggerPockets has quickly become my go-to for resources & education and I'm looking forward to expanding that into networking as well.
