Newbie from SW Ohio

Hi there, my name is Eric. I'm 34, wife, three kids, one on the way. I work in IT and recently moved from Cleveland to the Cincinnati area.

I've been listening to podcast and decided to take the plunge. I'm sold on real estate investing but completely new. I am primarily interested in single family rentals and am hoping to own a rental property in the next year. I currently still own my house in Cleveland and have it on the market to sell though I've discussed renting it out with my wife. I'd appreciate thoughts/feedback on that and recommendations for a property management company in the Cleveland area.

I'm looking forward to learning more and moving forward with real estate investing.
