Hi everyone,

I am a newbie living in Washington D.C., looking to get into some real estate investing. I'm not sure a shark tank like D.C. is the best place to begin but I figure you gotta start with what you got. :)

I really look forward to all the engagement and I hope to pick up some good insights along the way.
