Hi! my Name is Davi DeBrito, I am a member for 3 weeks about, but never introduce my self. I live in Norwalk CT.  I am on remodeling business for 12 years, also bough and sold 3 houses. I really want to do a wholesale business. I have taken some seminaries and readed quite a few books. I want to learn a lot more by using this BP site.

Question: In Connecticut  If a house is bank owned, actually I mean already foreclosure, double close or assignment of contract is the way to do wholesale correct? Also,  Connecticut do not allow wholesalers to make a profit on deals for 180 days? Does this happens only on foreclosure houses? what else?  Thanks
