Newbie Introduction

Hey everyone,

My name is Frank and I am new to BP and real estate investing. 

I am a Jersey boy interested in learning and participating in investing more specifically in the Long Beach Island area . My dream is to procure a multi unit rental property on LBI and to occupy one of the units year round . Anyone with specific knowledge and or advice pertaining to LBI, I would greatly appreciate your input.
