 I'm a real estate agent in Houston Texas. I sell commercial and residential properties with a focus on commercial. Most of my commercial sales have been with investors (Buyers ). I'm here because I want to focus on commercial investing, primarily apartments. 

Also I might add if there is anyone in the Houston area interested in chatting. And is serious about the prospect of investing, call me.
