Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce myself I am a small investor, and provider of different product in the Investment Business. I have been in Real Estate since 1990, the home where I am now living I bought on contract. This is the 2nd home I have bought on contract.. The first house was with no money down, and I wrote my own contract.
