Looking for a mentor to show me how to get into real estate in MD
Hello all,
Thank you all for taking the time out to read my post. I am a 25 yr old man who lives in Baltimore county who is extremely interested in real estate investing. I am currently a Chief Engineer for an airport property. I am looking to meet someone who wouldn't mine sharing their knowledge in real estate. I have been trying to get into real estate for the last 3 years but I don't have any money to finance my deals. So if anyone out there can help me get started I'm sure we can build a friendship that can be beneficial to who ever is gracious enough to reach out to me. I'm very skilled and can do house repairs as payment if need be for some one to mentor me or partner with me on deals that I found. I have current deal that I know I can make 70K-80K profit but I can't find anyone to finance the deal. I'm passionate to be successful and I wont waste anyone's time if the take time to help me grow. I have done extensive research and countless hours of book studying but I need hands on experience.
