Newbie in DFW

Hello everyone! I am Mark, a remodeling contractor in Haslet (N. Ft. Worth), TX, and I have worked as such in the DFW area for just over 20 years. I have been interested in flipping houses for some time, but I have only become serious about it (and REI in general) here recently. I have already learned a ton here on the site, and I know I still have quite a ways to go. I hope to purchase my first flip here in the near future to start gaining some experience and building a portfolio. Eventually, I want to own several rental properties, but my main concern for the moment is just getting started.
