Hello All,
I recently discovered bigger pocket and I am hooked to it. In the past I've been to this website while researching different Real Estate topics but never looked into the forums. There is great wealth of information in here. I am just getting into real estate investment, I recently bought new home and turned existing home into rental property. My 1st tenant experience wasn't so great but I've learned wealth of knowledge in the process. My goal is build portfolio of properties for rental income. I work full-time in IT field and would love to generate passive income on the side for now and hopefully scale it up. To equip myself with knowledge about real estate investment, I am listening to BP podcast starting from show 1, I believe I've listened to over 9 shows in past couple of days.

I would love to meet up experienced and new investors in the areas to discuss ideas about starting in real estate investments.
