New Investor from Waterloo, ON
Hey Everyone,
I've been interested in Real Estate for a long time, and was finally able to achieve that goal last year (September 2014) when I moved into a new house and didn't sell the house I was living in. Instead, I decided to rent it out. I also just recently purchased my 2nd investment property in September 2015: a 3-bedroom student rental house with a 2-bedroom accessory apartment. I can't wait for the next opportunity!
I've been flying by the seat of my pants a little, but learned a lot from Scott McGillvary's 3-day crash course. I'm here to continue expanding my knowledge and potentially connect with other interested investors in the Waterloo Region to communicate and partner with.
