New to REI from Ada, Oklahoma
Hey everyone!
I've been on here everyday since I first signed up reading all these insanely informative posts by all of you! So I decided that I would finally post and introduction and hopefully get more committed to posting on the site.
My name is Shawn Treat, and I'm very new to REI. I've only been diving into learning it for about two months now but I learn very quickly and I am loving the idea real estate investing! Though I'm still very young so I won't be posting any kind of "my first deal" posts anytime soon.
I've been very drawn to house flipping although I am skeptical since it's all over the media and I don't like to agree with most of what it promotes. But after reading many posts on the topic I think it's something I would be interested in. I just have to make sure I do it right or fave the consequences! So if there is anyone near my area doing anything of this sort that wouldn't mind letting me sit in on the process I would even help with the remodeling if that's something you get in on as well!
