Hey guys and gals, I am new to the site and pretty new to the real estate investing world. We have actually created a team of 6 (big to start I know) here in Denver CO. We are all young and very driven to succeed. Our goal is to create a turn key real estate investment company while expanding to other cities and states. I will dabble in my own investing on the side taking a more conservative approach with little risk but still have aspirations of reaching a net worth of 1million in 12 years.
