New to Fort Myers area!

Hi everyone! My husband and I just moved to Fort Myers, Florida and are excited about getting into real estate!  I worked in property management for a couple of years out of college, and have always had a love for real estate.  We are looking for a triplex or fourplex to move into and rent, but I'm having trouble finding anything that doesn't seem like an area with high crime.  Any advice?

Lynzie,

Welcome to the area!  Such a great idea to do what you're doing.  I think your best bet might be to look into the Cape Coral area.

Quite a few tris and quads there and most of them will be in decent areas. I'd stay away from 33916 and 33905 if you're looking for a decent area.

Let me know if I can help.

Brit.
