I have been involved in the HVAC industry for over (30) years and have acquired (10) investment properties over the past (20) years. I manage and perform most of the repairs myself on most of my properties. I just recently completed and sold my 1st flip and learned some valuable lessons even though I have been involved in Real Estate for the past (20) years! It just goes to show you that your never too old to learn new or better ways to to do things. I'm anxious to find and get started on my 2nd flip just need to find the right property, for the right price, in the right location! I am very passionate about Real Estate investing and plan on continuing to flip properties until I decide to retire some day.
