Investor looking for Team/Deals
Hello All,
I work for a AR insurance company and am also a RE Investor located in Orange County, CA although I have invested in rental properties in IL (better ROI). I am looking for investment deals closer to my residence in OC (but ROI seems low). Looking to build a well rounded team that is strong and knowledgeable. I am also highly interested in learning about apartment building investments. My goal is to earn at least $12,000 per month passive net income within 3 years and hope to find many people with the similar goals.
