New to Investing-from NC
I worked for 15 years in the mortgage insurance industry. I completed the real estate broker class in 2006 but was not able to complete the state exam due to a family hardship. I am fascinated by this industry, plan to retake the real estate class and obtain my broker license finally and I really want to learn the ins and outs of investing, flipping and eventually build my portfolio of rental properties.
