New (ish) Member from Massachusetts

Hi BiggerPockets!

I've been lurking around the site for a few months and now that the busy real estate season is mostly over (I'm a full time agent). I can finally become more active here on the site!

It has been such a remarkable resource for me and I'm really looking forward to adding my 2 cents and contributing when I can!

I've been around the industry and interested for my whole life, my Grandfather is a full-time investor who was able to "retire" at age 40. I learned lots from him before deciding to launch my own career in the real estate industry after college and have finally gotten enough capital together to begin looking for my first solo deal, but I am certainly still open to any potential partnerships that may be out there.

I'm also more than willing to help out any other investors seeking an investor friendly agent in Massachusetts. What other agents hate about helping investors I love! I have a personal goal of opening my own brokerage targeted towards serving investors with in the next couple years.
