Hey everyone,
Heard a lot of great things about this forum! I am new to REI but ramping quickly.

I live in Dayton Ohio and do not yet have experience in real estate. I am looking to take advantage of the discounted pricing over the next several months to purchase my first rental. I am thinking a duplex would be a great place to start.

I think me and my wife’s investment plan is about 80% complete and we are looking for advice through our local REIA.
