Hey Everybody,

I'm CJ. A friend recommended I join the community here to learn about real estate investing and interact with good people that have experience.

I'm 29, USMC vet, currently living in Houston, TX but from originally from the Chicago area. 

Interested in learning as much as possible but felt low money investing may be a good starting point. I'm DEFINITELY open to all insight...especially the "if only I had known" kind.
