What to do next?!
Hey good morning guys, my name is Neil, I'm 31 in the Baltimore city area and fascinated by real estate. Just fascinated. I'm looking to become a multifamily buy and hold investor "start small like 3-4 units then looking to move up to 10+ units" however I have no idea where to start, none. I'm looking for people in my area or other areas to reach out to and network with. If you guys can point me in any helpful direction it would be greatly appreciated. Have a great one!!

First...patients. It will take some time to learn the ropes, so don't jump in blindly. Focus your efforts on reading on BP, networking with local investors and getting to know the environment. When you are ready, then pull the trigger when you have all the info to be successful.
If you come across what you think is a deal, post it on BP. Everyone here will give you a honest analysis, so you don't buy a turd.
