Newbie in Dayton, Ohio

Sam here and I'm new to BP and to REI.

I am looking to get into MF investing in Southwest Ohio (Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus). I've been doing my homework by reading the forums and scanning loopnet, and trying to find worthwhile properties that might be starting point.
