Hello everyone, my name is Tasha Willingham. I am a beginner in the real estate investing world's, but have been wanting to get started for several years. I never got started because I don't have the funds or A-1 credit. I am a single mom to a one year old Son, and I am determined to get started now so I can provide for us both without working a full time job. I want to be a full time Mom and spend more time with him. I am currently a construction fixed assets accountant, so I know a little about the construction financing part of real estate. I want to know how to get started with no money and the timeline for getting started to walking away from my job. I am excited and ready to hit the ground running!
