Im new to BP. I own a specialty finance company in South Florida but I have always had an interest in getting into the real estate market at some point. I want to connect with people that can help me learn how to evaluate a deal and determine if it is a good deal or not. I know a few successful people in the real estate industry as wholesalers and investors but they seem to be hesitant in telling me about how they find and do deals. I hope I can learn something on here and connect with a few likeminded folks.
