New member from Chicagoland area
Hi everyone on the BiggerPockets forums. My name is Spencer Hayek and I'm an aspiring investor from the south suburbs of Chicago (I'm currently residing in Mokena), and I've been interested in real estate for a while now. I was only a few hours away from finishing a minor in real estate when I graduated from UIC in 2011 (they failed to offer any of the courses required to complete the minor during my last 3 semesters there), and have been reading - or listening to - everything I can get my hands on for the past several months.
My goal is to have accumulate a portfolio of 30 rental units by January of 2021.
