Hello from South Florida!
Hello!
My name is Stephen and I have been reading and learning as much as I can since I have signed up with BP. I have been listening to the all of the podcasts which are great! ( @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner) . As well as, reading the books that everyone says to check out. ( I have alot of books to read)
I live in South Florida / Miami where I believe the market is crazy. I work in IT and I am planning on getting my Real Estate License with in the next couple of months. I am trying to find a course that works with my work schedule.
Right now I am in the process of finding my first house to live in, once that is accomplished, I will begin to invest. My main focus as of right now is buy and hold, but that can change when I actually start the process.
I am excited to get started in this career and any advice you have will be greatly appreciated.
