For time and money....I have a 5 year old daughter I want to be able to watch grow up instead of working 70 hours a week. I have spent 20 years at a job I can't wait to get away from, I am going through my second divorce and losing the second house I have put a good chunk of my 401k into, and I want to start doing what I enjoy and have Freedom to choose what I do!

Transitions in life aren't easy

I used to live in Westchester County, not cheap

I would get your real estate license, and then get an investor Business card and an agents business card

I would never in New York buy a property without LLC,

go to LegalZoom.com, get an LLC now

Learn a good listing presentation and farm an area

Go doorknocking if you need to. And bring your daughter along,

be the dominant agent in that area

Real estate is about knowing a lot of people, so get off the computer and go knock on doors and asked them....

"do you know anybody that's trying to buy or sell a property right now?"
