Hi! My name is Jai (pronounced "Jay").  I am new to real estate investing.  I just purchased my second rental property on September 23rd, 2015 but consider it my first intentional dive into real estate.  I inherited my first rental property.  After a few troublesome tenants, I have fortunately had a stable tenant in my first property for the last 3 years.  My second property is not yet rented.  I'm looking to acquire more rental properties including multifamily units and possibly enter into flipping.
