Greetings from San Diego
New member to BP here, my name is Aaron. Let me just say I am amazed at the content and quality here at Bigger Pockets! From the tools, book recommendations and podcasts, this community is exactly what I need to get from where I'm at, to where I want to be.
I'm a homeowner in San Diego, CA; the list of topics I need to learn in depth is at this point seems staggering, but I am chipping away at it day by day. From choosing a market/area to financing strategy to partnerships, landlording and taxes, its a lot to take in!
The biggest things are to stay positive and to act. I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you here in the group. Thanks!
